Once we are clear on your instructions, we will clarify the scope of your matter and put together a fee proposal for you to consider. We offer fixed fee and hourly rate fee proposals depending on the nature of your matter. This means that you can budget and forecast for our work prior to any engagement with us. We pride ourselves on offering complete upfront transparency in our engagement with you.

Once you accept our proposal we commence work on your matter whether it involves drafting a shareholders agreement, drawing up a new will, commencing proceedings in Court or something else.

We will send you regular updates on your matter as well as requests for any additional instructions we may need via email or a phone call. This way, you always know where your matter is up to and we can keep the ball rolling. We will also send regular invoices after certain steps of your matter are resolved to avoid bill shock.

Once we have set you up for success and you are happy with your final document or advice, we will send our final invoice and look forward to working with you through the next stage of your business as it grows.
