Before joining H+A Legal in 2017, Renee worked for ASX Limited where she supported the in-house Legal team across a wide range of areas, including project development, reviewing and implementing commercial agreements and engaging with key regulators, such as ASIC.
Renee was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2017 after completing a combined Bachelor of Law / Bachelor of Business with a major in Management at University of Technology, Sydney.

Before establishing H+A Legal, Hector bolstered his corporate experience in an academically funded cadetship at the multinational firm, DHL Express. Hector then ventured into the world of private practice as a solicitor in some of the world’s leading law firms where he gained experience in the commercial disputes and commercial transactions practice groups. In 2013 Hector decided to consolidate his commercial and litigation experience by establishing H+A Legal.
Hector was admitted to practice in the Supreme, Federal and High Court of Australia in 2008 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
Hector is driven by the fact that the strategic use of legal services is one of the most powerful tools in business and that lawyers are in a unique position to help their clients achieve the goals and ambitions.
