Renee Hatzistergos

Renee is a Senior Associate at H+A Legal.

Before joining H+A Legal in 2017, Renee worked for ASX Limited where she supported the in-house Legal team across a wide range of areas, including project development, reviewing and implementing commercial agreements and engaging with key regulators, such as ASIC.

Renee was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2017 after completing a combined Bachelor of Law / Bachelor of Business with a major in Management at University of Technology, Sydney.

Renee’s studies and professional experience in both the legal and commercial space have grown her passion for providing practical and actionable advice that assists her clients to achieve their business goals. With a keen eye for detail, Renee particularly enjoys working with her clients to:

• guide them through the intricacies of buying, selling and launching businesses;
• implement strategies for business growth and development;
• navigate a wide range of commercial agreements, including shareholders agreements, employment agreements and most business-to-business contracts; and
• resolve commercial conflicts and find common ground in disputes.
